About Us

OUR BRAND STORY

Blocn is a focused tea-accessory storefront operated by 1214 VENTURES LLC. The online store was organized in 2026 to make ceramic tea cups with removable infusers and fitted lids easier to compare through visible construction details rather than broad thermal or health claims. Capacity, cup dimensions, ceramic body shape, glaze, handle geometry, infuser material, perforation or mesh format, lid material, included pieces, care guidance, and approximate product net weight can affect how a set is prepared, handled, and stored. We place those details directly in each listing so customers can review the available formats before checkout.

OUR MISSION & VERTICAL FOCUS

The Blocn range centers on three distinct three-piece arrangements: a charcoal ribbed ceramic mug with a stainless perforated basket and bamboo lid; a rose-clay speckled cup with a slotted ceramic infuser and domed ceramic lid; and an ochre mug with a fine-mesh stainless basket and flat ceramic lid. Every listing identifies exactly one cup, one removable infuser, and one lid. Care guidance separates material-specific cleaning from unsupported performance promises.

The store serves customers in Singapore with prices charged in USD. Product information, free standard delivery details, tracking instructions, return steps, Shopify Payments information, and current support contacts are maintained together across the storefront.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Blocn is committed to keeping specifications, prices, availability, package contents, delivery timing, care guidance, and return conditions visible. Customers can compare capacity, dimensions, infuser construction, and lid material before ordering, then inspect glaze, ceramic rims, handle joints, perforations, mesh seams, lifting tabs, lid edges, and fitted components when the parcel arrives. Questions can be sent to info@blocn.shop during Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (Singapore).
